Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-223/21.

La petición fue formulada por quien manifestó ser hermano de la accionante y con base en la comisión de supuestas irregularidades.

Luego de revisar el asunto encontró la Sala que el memorialista no fue parte, ni se integró al trámite de tutela o de revisión, ni tampoco se trató de un sujeto que se encontrara jurídicamente relacionado con una de las partes o con la pretensión debatida, de suerte que pudiera reconocerse como un tercero afectado con las órdenes proferidas en el fallo de la referencia.

En consecuencia, se RECHAZA la nulidad invocada, por incumplimiento del requisito de legitimación.

  2. Segundo. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
  3. Tercero. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR la presente providencia al peticionario.
